“UPDATE 7/3: I love love love Paul and Nancy. My birthday is approaching and I came for pedi. Paul is normally off today..BUT... he made an exception and he came in for little ole me!! That made me feel beyond special and cared for add a client. As usual my pedi was amazing, the conversation was amazing and their energy was relaxing after a long work week. I appreciate and value them. Keep being amazing Paul and Nancy.. love you both 💓 UPDATE (2/13): I am still a happy customer. Paul is still my guy and I love that they remember my name each time I come in. Please add Nancy, his wife, to that list. They are both owners. She is very considerate each and every time I call and come in. As a customer, that is important to me because I do my best to be a loyal one. I highly recommend this spot. It is peaceful, clean, unique, pedi services are vast and they are kind. Oh... did I mention they have tea, water and WINE!!! They are amazing. Come visit some time. UPDATE (12/7): This is my favorite pedi spa place. I love Paul!!!! I go once a month and he is ALWAYS consistent. See you soon Paul. UPDATE: I have them 4 stars because I had to go back to get my heel and side of big toe scrub some more. They were not smooth. However, they totally understood when I came and got me in right away, gave me a new pedicurist, and he did a wonderful job. I'll be back! We did not have an appt, BUT they got us in anyway after hearing that where we initially had an appointment at, was not meeting expectations with timeliness. We were immediately greeted upon walking in. They were definitely busy.. but accommodated with ease. I chose the Milk Bath Spa Ped, and my wife chose the 24K Gold Treatment Spa Pedi. Within 5 mins, we both were soaking with a glass of red wine. My wife and I both received amazing pedis. They both came with a 15-minute hot stone massage that we were able to split between feet and back. We chose that option. I had Lily, and she had Tommy. We immediately booked our next appt. This spot may be our go-to spot!!!!”

“this place is a hidden gem! service was impeccable. once my friend and i checked in we were immediately offered water or hot tea by multiple employees and were told to let them know if we changed our minds. i came in with a photo of acrylic nails i wanted and my artist hannah went to town on my nails! instead of a matte base i went with chrome and all the designs we went with glitter. we put out own twist on it and the outcome was beautiful! not to mention i didn't get cut while she was bugging my cuticles lol, and she worked so quickly and with ease and made the whole experience so enjoyable. my friend chose one design with nancy and when they were halfway through actually decided on another design and nancy was SO sweet about it and quickly worked to change it up. overall 10/10 stars! i'm so happy i found this place and my friend and i decided this will definitely be our new spot. so clean and pretty inside, A1 service, and amazing work done here! highly highly recommend. thank you hannah and nancy!!! see you soon! :-)”

“I’ve been a loyal customer at Milford since they opened three years ago, and they continue to exceed my expectations every time! Most recently, I had the pleasure of receiving their top-of-the-line pedicure from Diane. She’s an exceptional pedicurist, my feet were beautiful, and felt incredibly soft, refreshed, and pampered afterward. I also had a gel manicure fill done by Nancy, who is truly a master of her craft. She has a great eye for nail shape and suggested a narrow base that really flatters my hands. Her French tips are flawless, crisp, clean, and beautifully done. Beyond her technical skills, Nancy is also outstanding with customer service. She took her time to ensure my manicure was perfect down to the last detail. Milford’s continues to be my go-to spot for high-quality nail care and exceptional service!”

“I’ve been going to Milford salon for about a year now and I’ve never received a better pedicure. The gel pedicure easily lasts until the grow out becomes unbearable. I must be tough on pedicures or something because I’ve never had pedicures last this long (even gel pedicures). I usually am dissatisfied long before it’s grown out long enough that I need another pedicure. I also really like the environment. It doesn’t smell badly or especially chemically like many nail salons. I enjoy the precision and I’ve found they always take their time and are never rushed. I always leave with cute toes and feeling refreshed and happy I took time for myself. It’s definitely on the pricier end but I think it’s worth it. Highly recommend.”

“I recently visited this new nail salon, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The crew working here is from Glamorous Nail in Lafayette, where I was a loyal customer of Tammy. When Glamorous closed down, I was really bummed, but I was so happy to randomly find Tammy at this new salon! The place is clean, organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They offer a wide range of services and use high-quality nail polish products, ensuring your nails look fantastic every time. If you used to go to Tammy, please make sure to come visit her at Milford. You'll be just as thrilled with the service and care as you were at Glamorous Nail. Highly recommended!”

“Nails look great! Just moved into the area . Tried the nearest place to my new location. Winner! Winner! Not sorry! Walked in got a Pedi and Mani. Immediately. Establishment was clean and tidy. I was offered refreshments immediately. I like that they actually set a timer for your massage time. Everyone was friendly and talkative. One downside, I felt so insecure when my nail tech was grunting... like grunting, grunting. lifting my legs around...I understand I have thick legs. It made me feel a insecure. Chair wasn't the best. Or maybe because nobody helped me use / adjust it. (Other then those tiny snags.) It was nice. I'll be coming back.”

“I had a fantastic experience here! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and the salon is impeccably clean. What I love most is that they actually pair you with a technician who specializes in exactly what you’re looking for. Since I wanted a specific design, they set me up with Belle, and she did an absolutely amazing job-she is a true specialist! While it is a little pricey, the level of skill and the personalized service make it 100% worth it. Highly recommend if you want high-quality work!”

“The speed and talent that I just experienced was phenomenal. I just went in for a fill, but had gone somewhere different previously, andy nails were a wreck. I didn't get this girls name, but she fixed and did exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be returning to Milford nail spa. 5 stars all the way. A year later update. Still going to Milford. Nancy filled my nails today. She killed it. I LOVE my nails. Probably my favorite set ever .. thank you Nancy”

“I walked in and they had people available to do both me and my mom we walked in at about 5:30 and they were still open and they welcomed in Us in with happy smiles and satis write down and immediately started doing our services we were given complimentary drinks is our pedicures all in all the pedicures and the nails that were done with amazing the pedicures that came with the massages and the Hot rocks was great and everybody here was just nice”

“I found this salon on a whim because my technician went on vacation and I have no regrets! The ladies are super friendly, the service was top tier and they take their time. We all know how rare that is… I definitely recommend and they actual did what I wanted, I actually walked out with the design I came in to get! They matched the picture I brought so well. “Great service. I came in on a Tuesday for my 12:30 appointment and they took me at 12:20 to start my removal of my old dip powder nails. Hannah was great! Very personable, sweet, and very tedious on her work (which we all love, cause that means good nails!) They offer water and hot tea. The place is very well-kept and it gives off a very calming vibe. 10/10 recommend- I will be returning”

I have been requesting Trish for my manicures, she is very meticulous with her work and does an AMAZING job consistently. “I walked in for a pedicure this morning and decided to do a classic manicure as well. The place is super nice and clean. They were very attentive. They offered refreshments and were very friendly. I really enjoyed my time there. They did a great job and I literally didn’t have to move until I had to leave. A great place with a great atmosphere and amazing service.”

The level of attention to detail, and the care they put into their work is exceptional. I wanted to wait a few days to see how my nails looked, and I think the picture speaks for itself. “I am new to the area and needed to find a place for my nails and toes. I tried to other places and both said they didn’t have time on a Monday @ 2pm with empty chairs. When I arrived here everyone was so nice and polite. They really made sure they were being considerate of what I was asking for and did a great job!! So glad I found my new spot in one try !!”

“First time visiting this salon and I must say what a wonderful experience! When I came in I was directed to check in for my appointment and immediately was seen for my gel pedicure. During the pedicure Diane was constantly checking in and making sure I was doing good and comfortable with the hot towel message. I will definitely be coming back with her!”

“Absolutely fabulous! Not a fan of the Bay Area as a whole and it’s quality but Milford nail salon does not disappoint. Quality and client care. I appreciate it and will travel here no matter the distance from where I am in the Bay Area I cannot tolerate other places low standards. Nails perfect, no cuts, warm , friendly and inviting environment.”

“Love my results! We had just picked up my daughter from the airport and needed to kill a couple hours before a Doctor appointment, we found Milfords on Google search and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. Friendly technicians, good prices, very clean and organized but the best part was it didn't have a "nail shop " smell.”
